Located in Baiyan High-tech Park of Hefei High-tech Zone, Hefei High-tech Zone Mingzhu Industrial Park enjoys good surroundings and excellent traffic conditions. To the north is the arterial road, Mingzhu Avenue where the red line and green line for the road are 60 m and 20 m in width respectively, to the west is Chuangxin Avenue, an arterial road, with the same lines. To its south is Xiangpu Road with the red line of 32m in width. To the east is 500KV high-voltage corridor protection line. It has the farmland of irregular shapes inside, with high northwest and low southeast terrains.
The project covers an area of 134,229 m2 (about 201.34 mu) with a total investment of RMB 500 million. The project will build a standardized high-rise workshop and related facilities with the overall floorage of 284,514.4 m2. Mainly oriented to mechanical processing enterprises, it includes Phase I covering a floor area of 40,060 m2 (about 60 mu), including two dormitory buildings, one management building and one workshop building, the overall floorage reaching00,949 m2, including the underground area of 5,427.5 m2, and Phase II covering a floor area of 94,169 m2 (about 141 mu), including four high-rise workshop buildings, the overall floorage amounting to 183,556.6 m2.
The project is characterized by concise building facades, unified architectural scale and a consistent rhythm. Facade division stresses virtual-real contrast, and seeks change from unity. It embodies a sense of steady rhythm in architectural modeling. Unique quality of modern buildings is reflected through contrast between the masses, concavo-convex and smooth shape and simple modeling. To prevent an embarrassing monotony, the facades shall be designed as a rich and diversified one to create a lively and not rigid workshop image.
